CIAO! Welcome from our Family Italian Restaurant to you!

Pernicano's Italian Restaurant has been serving pizza and homemade pasta and rolls to San Diego since 1946. The owner Larry's father George, "Mr. Pernicano" would stand on the sidewalk and hand out free slices of pizza to anyone that would bite.

Our Italian restaurant is available for private events: business lunches, dinners, pizza parties, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.  

We offer off-site catering as well.

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we continue to make our fresh rolls, pizza dough, sauces, meatballs, and more on-site. We buy our ingredients from local sources to support our community. We offer a fresh variety of salads from local farmers.
